Pedantry Corner: Unless you're moving back to series III of Red Dwarf, the title of this week's episode is 'Emohawk: Polymorph II'.

Also, we need to get biggytitbo in the chat for this week's film.  You can see Stanley Kubrick in the reflection of that astronaut's visor.  Amateurs!

You are of course correct. I think I just went onto auto pilot typing that out. I was quite tired when I posted it. I think the film will be quite an unusal watch as it very much an ambient piece spliced together with Moon Landing footage.

Sounds good to me.  It'll be nice not to miss out on half the story, due to typing in chat for a change too!

Why are there no (spam) events on evenings when I am feeling miserable, like tonight?  Unfair.

Sorry I can't help you out tonight.

Important (spam) ANNOUNCEMENT

From Week 80/81 I will be implmenting a few changes to the scedule.
Firstly The Curb Your Enthusam slot will now become a Comedy wild card slot.

Secondly Doctor Who will be removed from the scedule and replaced with a Non Comedy wild card slot.

Lastly the film slot for 8 weeks will be replaced with a showing of Dennis Potters  Karaoke & Cold Lazarus followed by a Childrens Film Foundation Film.

Ha ha! In your face Larry!!

Orginally Curb was always going to switch out at the end of the season so it has nothing to do with its popularity on the scedule. I was thinking of Always Sunny In Philidelphia may tag in, but I now prefer the idea of a Wild Card Slot better.

the

Still, it'll make a nice change for some comedy to be broadcast in the Curb slot ;)

Good scheduling Mr. Yentob

Sad to be losing 'ctor Who, though.

The thing with Doctor Who, is those that like Doctor Who, already own all the Who. Its nice to see it week to week, with the (spam) crew. Its had a fair run though and will have had a run for 36 weeks on (spam) by the time it finishes. I'd hate to run it into the ground for the people that don't like it. They have been very patient and respectful and we can have a hell of a time with the wild card slot.

This is exactly the kind of thing that would happen in Curb.  Oh Larry you bald asshole.

Can we keep Quantum Leap please but move it to 4am.

Only joking, we appreciate all you do for us DDD and it has to keep moving.  Looking forward to the Potters as I seem to have completely overlooked them.

Are the wildcard slots open to viewer recommendations Delete, or do you have them filled already?

Recomendations are open. I have a few in mind already.

I was planning on running Babylon 5 in my slot(prompted by reading this article earlier today), hopefully that won't clash with anything you've got in mind?

I wasn't thinking of Babylon 5, I was thinking more along the lines of some old Quiz Shows and random Kids shows and Cartoons.

Reminder this is on tonight from 6pm with the preshow from 5pm.

My favourite night of the week.  Can't wait!

It's not been the same since you-know-who was told off by his neighbours and hasn't been allowed to watch it since.

I'm not saying it's worse. Just different.
