Somewhat unsurprisingly it has now emerged that standing six feet seven inches tall, build like a brick shithouse and reputedly a dab hand with a blow torch, Roger was actually the most feared stand-over man roo in the whole of the Northern Territories.

To quote Alice Springs underworld figure 'Billabong' Stevie Green "Roger made Chopper Read look like a boyscout, I could tell you some stories about him that would make your hair stand on end", "I'll tell you this, a lot of bush crims are sleeping more soundly in their beds since his passing". 

Staff at the kangaroo sanctuary that Roger used as a front for his nefarious activities have of course denied the stories but you just have to look at his eyes in that picture to see the truth.
That's undeniably the thousand yard stare of a proper hard bastard.
