However, his second movie, twenty years after the first, 1998's "Misfit Patrol", appears to be nowhere online. Best guess is, it was never released, as Cardoza was unable to find distribution for it, but on the off chance someone has a VHS of it in the back of a cupboard somewhere, let's get it out there where the world can see it.

I'd quite like to see Self-Criticism of a Bourgeois Dog (Selbstkritik eines buergerlichen Hundes in its original German title), I missed it on Mubi and can't see it on streaming platforms, amazon marketplace or the bay.

Neither are on Cinemageddon unfortunately.

Oh I found a working torrent of Delusion thanks to that site SMBH linked to, only problem is it's a Russian dub. Bollocks.

That's the problem with BTDB, it's helped me find a good few rare films but the lack of any info about the files means I've ended up with badly dubbed films a couple of times now.

I watched and recently un-enjoyed "Smokey and the Hotwire Gang", one of only two directorial efforts from Tony Cardoza, who bad movie afficionados might remember from being the producer of the filmography of Coleman Francis.

Reminds me of The Wire.

If it makes a difference I saw this last year and really really hated it.

On the Silver Globe is a featured torrent on KG - so you can get it without ratio problems.

George White

Got it.
As Irish Amazon Prime is shit, can't get to see VHS Forever - Psychotronic People.
Anyone?

Can anyone remember the name of a British docudrama which is a restaging of a British interviewer talking to an ex-con, dredging up his memories of violence. It sticks in my mind because there was a part in which the interviewee admits to probably murdering a homeless bloke and was never brought to justice. It also looked at the impact making the documentary was having upon his relationship with his wife. I feel like it was called Scars or Scar Tissue or something like that.

Anyone have Lawrence of Belgravia

There's a version on Cinemageddon but it has hardcoded Japanese subtitles, somewhat oddly. Can get it for you soon if no one else is able to though.

Thanks you! Crappy day today but the remarkable ability of Cabbers to locate cultural artefacts continues to delight/astonish :)

If anyone could get their hands on Family Life (Polish: Życie rodzinne), that'd be much appreciated.

Yawelcome. Glad to be able to give back in this thread in some small way. I still remember watching this all those years ago, I didn't realise initially it was a drama, so powerful was the central performance. I remember Isaacs Tweeting about it last year; he remains proud of his work in this, and justifiably so.

Gradual Decline

Anybody got a copy of this lurking?

Was last shown on UK telly back in 1997 - http://genome.ch.bbc.co.uk/883a41e26d974a91a3f4bf62127eb00a

I think I've found a torrent of it, though I doubt any bugger has been seeding it since 2008-ish.

LanceUppercut

I was going to add Belly to this but unusually it's just turned up on showbiz, great looking gangsta rap film if you haven't seen it.

Someone was looking for this earlier in the thread. I've still got a copy around, I'll send you a link later today.
