That's Life (1986), a Blake Edwards film with Julie Andrews and Jack Lemmon. It looks fantastic but I can't get my hands on it.

Should have this for you soon

George White

Anyone got Country Dance (1972)?
The Fiend 1972 I know is on dvd, but just wondering is it good enough to buy.
Are there any 2d prints of Bwana Devil out there?

This is also in the list you've quoted, which despite being told that one of them has the wrong title and another is in there twice, you've not edited.

Searching for
Searching for - The Black Pearl (1977)
L'Invenzione de Morel (1974)

Found Bons Basiers De Hong Kong. Not good. Begins with the most astonishing blatant copy of the Bond opening, even using the theme - and Lois Maxwell and Bernard Lee as Moneypenny and M, this French spoof coproduced by the Shaw brothers makes Operation Kid Brother look original. It actually manages to look like a Bond film  same film stock and all. Clifton James pops up, not as Sheriff Pepper. Mickey Rooney in a turban too, but the stars are Les Charlots - an irritating French foursome dressed as schoolboys. The Queen appears, played by a lookalike named Huguette Funfrock.

Would like to see
Nutcase (1980)
Utu (1983)
Came A Hot Friday (1985)
Klynham Summer/The Scarecrow (1982)
Chorus of Disapproval (1989),
The Sellout (1976),
Scandalous (1984)
Confessions of an Opium Eater (1972)
The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit (1998)
Viva Max (1969)
Don't Drink The Water (1969)
Zotz (Amazon Prime in Ireland don't have it)

Not really interested as much in seeing
Holiday in Spain  (1960 - seen much of it, seems to be a very well shot Edgar Wallace-type thing)
The Formula (1980 - seen lengthy clips)
Lily in Love (1984)
Le Silencieux (1973 - seen the trailer, might enjoy it for a one-time watch, but is it worth it?)
Underground (1970 - only for the novelty value of an Irish-made French Resistance pic)
Trenchcoat (1983 -terrible reputation, but the still of Ronald Lacey in drag leaves me curious)

Nippon Chinbotsu (1973)
Sayonara Jupiter (1983)
Prophecies of Nostradamus - Catastrophe 1999 (1974)
Esupai (1974)
Murder in the Dollhouse (1979)
Dinasto Dracula (1980)
The Dracula Saga (1972)

Actually, anywhere that's an easy repository of Japanese SF movies.

Since found a lot of the 60s Toho SF. And a lot of it isn't good. The Last War maybe the best, that and Latitude Zero.

In Enemy Country (1968)

George White

Damn - couldn't edit.

Checkered Flag or Crash (1977)
The Wrath of God (1972)
The Revolutionary (1970)
In Enemy Country (1968)
too

The Revolutionary (1970)

I saw a 35mm print of this at a private screening for an acquaintance's birthday in a cinema. It wasn't bad.

Found Nippon Chinbotsu. Again, the Toho effects guys in the 70s probably the greatest miniatures guys.
Naintiin (1987
Teito Monagatari (1987)
Teito Taisen (1989))
Drifting Classroom (1987)
Tokyo Blackout (1987)
Rasuto Furankenshutain/The Last Frankenstein (1991)
Mikadroid (1991)
Chôkôsô hantingu (1991)
No raifu kingu (1991)
Kappa (1994)
Nosutoradamusu: Sen ritsu no keiji (1994)
Teito monogatari gaiden (1995)
Jishin Retto/Deathquake! (1980)

Also
War in Space (1977), Tokyo-wan enjo (1975)
Unsubtitled prints are fine

George White

Found War in Space and the Teito... films.

Looking really most
Drifting Classroom (1987)
Tokyo Blackout (1987)
Rasuto Furankenshutain/The Last Frankenstein (1991)
Sayonara Jupiter (1983)
Prophecies of Nostradamus - Catastrophe 1999 (1974)
Esupai (1974)
Kiganjo no boken (1966)
The Lost World of Sinbad (1965)

Become addicted to Japanese SF. Not so much the tokusatsu stuff, but...

George White

Found Kappa. Not great. Once in an ep of Gamesmaster. Despite the CGI, it's more Kes than ET.
Found most of Drifting Classroom, tonally all over the fecking shop, but also a very strange US remake - Drifting School, very bad, shot on video, with Henry Silva, Billy Drago and Bubba Smith

George White

Crooks and Coronets
A decent version of  Bullshot - the DVD apparently is cropped beyond belief.

Neomod

La Lapin de Noel (1967). 25 minutes of Science fiction madness with Gainsbourg, Francoise Hardy, Haydee Politoff and France Gall. So far all i've found is an non subtitled version on the ina.fr site.

Afraid it's not on Cinemageddon or Myspleen, and they're the only two private trackers I'm a member of.

If you can't find an English srt file but can find a French one, as a last resort you can upload it to Google translate, it just ignores, but includes the time markers.

Neomod

Thanks fellas. Looks like I might just have to brush up on my french and buy the download.

By any chance does anyone have a copy of The Wild Eye (1967), or have access to one? It did get a very limited DVD release at a time. I'd be very grateful if anyone was able to help me out with that.

There's only one on Cinemageddon which is dubbed rather than subtitled, but I can get that for you if you like?

Oh that would be absolutely brilliant, SMBH! Thank you very, very much! I used to have an account with Cinemageddon - thanks to another lovely poster on here - but it lapsed when I didn't check in with it for a bit.

Thank you again, I really do appreciate it.

Small Man Big Horse

That's so not a problem, I'll pm you once I've uploaded it somewhere suitable.

Just in case anyone else is interested in this it's now up one of those file locker things, so pm me if you want the link.
