Yes I initially though it was before realising it was the other, inferior neo Geo golf game. Turf masters is much missed, as is windjammer, spinmaster and top hunter. But it's still a pretty stellar lineup.

I'll get it if it's hackable. Surely it will be. Can't see it being less than £150 though.

If it's anything like that Neo Geo X Handheld thing a few years back, someone will figure it out. That thing basically used Final Burn Alpha, rather than being a thing built from the ground up.

People are hacking these, and getting things to run on them now. Then again if I'm doing that, I may as well get a Raspberry pi, especially the rate people are just using the PCB from the shitty pads to make new joysticks for them. But these seem to be going cheaper now. 70-75 quid on Amazon, which I could justify, if I felt like spending the money on one.
