The idea is self explanatory choose one band and then choose the set list doesnt matter if its your favourite band or not just whatever you want and then whatever you would want to hear.....The only thing i say is be reasonable no band is going to play for 2 days live......

I have a few id like to do but for now il just stick with the prodigy ....

No Good (Start The Dance)
Breathe
Poison
Voodoo People
Charly
Out Of Space
Everybody In The Place
Fire
Wind It Up
Smack My Bitch Up
Mephis Bells
Rough In The Jungle Bizness
Your Love
Jericho

Would be good if Liam did a Dirtchamber sessions as a warm up as well.....

Ahh well thats what id like ideally from the prodge instead of the emphasis on Fat of the Land that they pipe out now-a-days...

Jemble Fred

OASIS

Stay Young
Married With Children
Theme From 'Jossie's Giants'
Wonderwall (Mike Flowers version)
Where Did It All Go Wrong?
Songbird
She's Electric
MEDLEY: Stand By Me/Don't Go Away/Stop Crying Your Heart Out/Cast No Shadow (They're all much the same)
January
Half A World Away
Sunday Morning Call
Happiness Is A Warm Gun
Don't Look Back In Anger

Re. The Prodigy: 10 out of those 14 tracks are singles (11 if you count Jericho which was a double-A side with Fire). A greatest hits gig, weurgh.

Rhythm Of Life, We Are The Ruffest, Funky Shit, Music Reach, Claustrophobic Sting, and some version of Break & Enter would have to be on mine.

Well i guess that may be the case but it'd be hard to argue against that set i believe although your recommendations indeed rule what tracks would you take out?

Morrisfan82

I'm rubbish at arranging things I like into order of preference so I wasn't going to bother writing a list, but I just wanted to mention some slightly-less-obvious but totally worthy tracks for them to do live. I mean, Claustrophobic Sting, imagine that pounding into your skull at 115dB! Fuckin ey. And Rhythm Of Life is one of my favourite songs ever ever.

imitationleather

Some of these setlists are very long. Haven't you lot got homes to go to?

I was going to write one for Blur, but I realised it was just going to turn into a wanky "'ey, look at all these Blur songs that are b-sides!" list. So I'm not going to.

Oh, what the hell...

Supa Shoppa
For Tomorrow
Young & Lovely
Get Out of Cities
Blue Jeans
Threadneedle Street
Coffee & TV
There's No Other Way
Popscene

Short and sweet. Perhaps an instore setlist...

Frinky

imitationleather

And Mace. And Inertia. And Luminous. And. And and and and and...

Frinky

...and Bone Bag, and I Know. And you didn't include Coping. You suck at Blur.

And since you've taken my Blur, have my Zeppelin

Immigrant Song
The Rover
Heartbreaker
The Lemon Song
The Song Remains The Same/The Rain Song
Bron-your-Aur
Battle Of Evermore
Dazed And Confused (short)
Whole Lotta Love w/Train Kept A Rollin' Medly
Celebration Day
Bring It On Home

Edit: swapsies

If they play a set along these lines I'll be happy.

Sleepflower
Empty Souls

Oh please let it contain Ding Dong Merrily On High, performed á la At Home With Vic & Bob. I've very nearly lost bladder control thanks to that. Oh, and It's Raining Men.

Personally I'd like to see the swing-band version of The Age Of Aquarius added to that list, but apart from that it's a cracking set.

Quote from: "imitationleather"Ten songs in an encore?!

Yes.

The White Stripes tend to do a large set list anyway as they don't really have a break between songs.  They just merge the songs together.
