I'm going to put in a vote for Freddie M too. Not exactly faultless I guess, but in certain parts of his range amazing power.
Somebody to Love is a good example. Isolated vocals at 1:28

For my money, it's got to be Michael Bublé every. Single. Time.

Was just going to say the same thing about Paul Rodgers.  Come on girls sort it out.

Steven Page from Barenaked Ladies, a canny chanter and no mistake.

EOLAN

As mentioned in the opening post I would have Dean Martin.
When he does duets with Sinatra on those live Rat Pack Albums there is just a sublime smoothness to it; whereas in contrast 'Ol Blue Eyes just comes across as being very shouty.

Can we all agree that Kim Deal is the winner of this thread? Even if you don't like her music you have to love that voice don't you?

Nope. As much as I try to emulate Donald Trump, that is one Kim Deal I won't be agreeing to.

Everyone's entitled to their opinions and stuff but.......no

Paul Heaton is an amazing singer. I saw a clip of him many years ago belting out some gospel tune on stage, it shocked me into awe.

In the rock area, I find John Fogerty about the best
(after Lennon, of course) for simple hard belting out
of the lyrics. And Fogerty was one hell of a mean
songsmith too, let us not forget!

Golden E. Pump

JoJo (yes, the one who had a number one at 14 with 'Get Out (Leave)') is pretty incredible in her 20s. Her last album was a great R&B album and I'll be damned if this isn't a perfect version of 'Who's Lovin' You':

If we revert to the original interpretation of 'faultless', I feel compelled to mention Kadhja Bonet who is a new and massive talent. She's released a couple of wonderful psychedelic soul records in recent years and has an effortlessly pure and warm voices that is clearly technically amazing but that she never shows off with.

Mother Maybe
The Visitor
Dephine

Highly recommended for Minnie Riperton fans.
