I'm too much of a wuss for anything too high up the ol' Scoville, but I'm really digging this at the mo':

It's more like a slightly hotter brown sauce than an actual hot hot sauce.

I made some chicken with the extra extra hot Nandos sauce (which isn't that hot) and beefed it up with some Komodo dragon chillies. Bit unpleasantly hot. And it's all over my nostrils cause I wasn't careful when I blew my nose

I love torching my guts with hot sauce but I've never ventured beyond Encona, which I've recently gone off in a big way. The initial twang just doesn't appeal to me anymore, and those squeeze bottles are the worst.
I've decided it's a third-rate, inauthentic hot sauce and I refuse to ingest anymore.
What can I get at Sainsburys which is a bit hotter and tastier than the Encona shite?

Mr Naga is a favourite in our house. Great on melted cheese.

Hillboy Chutney is fantastic too.

Not sure either is available in Sainsbobs though.

None of these are mega hot but they are delicious (green one is my favourite).
