Stranger/More International/Lesser Known rap n trap artists

Youtube suggestions spat out Estonian rapper Tommy Cash the other day. Not sure about his discography as a whole but this song/video had me intrigued

Modern hip hop and rap/trap artists can go either way for me. I like the idea of trap and the sort of skeletal/sometimes eerie instrumental quality of trap but often the delivery of the rapper is where I lose interest. I know the drugged flatness is often part of the aesthetic but it can blur everyone together a bit. Anyone more knowledgeable about the genre than me know of some underrated artists with a little more about them?

I couldn't offer much with regard to trap but a few rappers I'd recommend that aren't crazy well known (your mileage may vary on that, but none of them are superstars...

Mostly UK stuff there - pretty much everything High Focus put out is incredible nowadays, with producers like Lamplighter and Chemo just knocking out these creeping, eerie beats constantly.
