Artist I heard on here first HELP!

Someone linked it a couple of years ago - young black dude, possibly French, playing piano/keys along with looped video footage of Indian girls singing some sort of madrigal. His thing seemed to be writing musical settings around found footage or the like. Think it was part of a Spotify session, but my YT and Spotify histories are throwing up zilch.

Speaking of help, I'm trying to find the name of an artist and track from (I think) the mid-nineties.
Shaun Ryder guested with a vocal on it, something along the lines of "Throb, throb, pressure, pain, going to drive you insane..."
I had it on CD single and it might have been black with green writing if that is any help?
I loved it at the time but suspect it was possibly quite shit but need to know either way.
