Coughing & Sneezing with an accent, can it be done, is it being done? The vocal chords are beyond the understanding of Isaac Newton and NASA, but is your cough from Yorkshire,Cockney town, Jersey et al, or other far reaching lands?

Can't even sneeze asleep, what kind of TMNT Krang brain decided this?

Sebastian Cobb

Misread this as 'accident' and thought 'I've certainly come close'

People always cough and sneeze with an accent.

My grandfather used to go "Aaaah cho!" a lot. Because he was a massive racist.

Even further removed from the vocal cords, but I always heard one of The Clangers as talking (swanee-whistling) with a Birmingham accent.

It's actually HATSCHI.

If you can find your way around in German, there's a quiz about sneezing in different languages here: https://www.stern.de/gesundheit/grippe/hatschi--in-fremdsprachen--so-niesen-menschen-weltweit-7881906.html.
