Name and address of the cunt who wrote that please. Fucking arrogant shit.

Blumf

Appears to have written 'Russians' instead of '50s B-movie aliens'.

biggytitbo

So definetly not involved with domestic politics eh guys?

That's excellent stuff, you're single handedly filling the void of the msm on this subject. No doubt working for sputnik the very fact you're doing their basic journalistic job for them will make you a Putin stooge, but keep it up. Some of the language there is eerily reminiscent of the PNAC documents, heavily hinting they're going to make something fortuitous happen that they can exploit.

Are you on this mental chart of kremlin trolls yet, that's when you'll know you've arrived

Bence Fekete

I see Pep has tweeted about the pdf archive coming under constant attack.  Probably just a coincidence.  Everybody just do nothing and pretend this isn't happening.

biggytitbo

Yes, I mean who could possibly be behind that?

Pepotamo, I'm afraid you're going to end up labelled onto some incomprehensible node graph.

Watch your step.

Edit: missed Biggy's post.

Pepotamo1985

Already bloody have done!

Head of the German cluster threatened to level criminal charges at me, in the process helpfully confirming MI6 agent Harold Elletson is a colleague of his - https://mobile.twitter.com/KitKlarenberg/status/1081639462281662464

Paul Calf

Amazing work you're doing, but do you know the source of RT's and Sputnik's interest in reporting this so heavily?

(This is a genuine question. I'm not trying to be smart.)

biggytitbo

They aren't reporting it 'heavily' Paul. This is one of the biggest stories in the UK and the world, they are just reporting it normally.

What's happening is the rest of the UK mainstream media have decide to put a giant blackout on the story, probably because they're complicit in it.

Paul Calf

Yes, I know that. But why are RT and Sputnik reporting it? We need to know this and someone needs to report it, but what are their motives for doing so?

Balance

biggytitbo

Because it's one of the biggests stories in the UK and the world.

BTW, it looks a lot like Simon Bracey Lane was working for this FCO funded military right wing propaganda operation whilst in 2016, he was pretending to be some British student who just fancied working for Bernie Sanders campaign whilst on holiday.

This amongst many other serious issues exposed by the II leaks is a massive scandal and the fact no msm outlet will touch it is a mass failure of the British press. Don't blame Russia for that.

BlodwynPig

Purposeful failure.

I do wonder if any journalist in these organisations have a conscience. Was Kirsty Wark screened decades ago before taking a bbc job or has she been manipulated or is she entirely complicit...ditto all others

Pepotamo1985

Thank you very much!

I'm not sure 'we' are reporting this so heavily - it's mainly me really. That the mainstream media haven't touched this with a bargepole says more about them and the people who work there than us, I'd say. However, Russia has an obvious interest in publicising this stuff because it clearly demonstrates just how much of their demonization is propaganda, peddled for political/financial/whatever reasons by individuals with a massive vested interest in doing so, who moreover have a very clear and surging antipathy towards Russia for whatever reason. The discussion between Chris Donnelly and General Richard Barrons is illuminating in this regard - in fact, it's basically the pair advocating the establishment of a military junta in Britain.

Similarly the German files are very interesting in this regard, referring to Germany as a "very hard" and "most important target" for the organization, in that the German public, media and government are insufficiently hostile to Moscow, and highly skeptical/critical of attempts to worsen Russo-German relations. This state of affairs won't do for II - because given German's geopolitical significance, if it endures they can't ensure total Western hostility to Russia.

The aforementioned Elletson produced a study of "Russian influence in Germany" (https://www.pdf-archive.com/2018/11/28/englishversionhigh/englishversionhigh.pdf) which was apparently "circulated in senior German political circles, including the Chancellor's office", and is essentially a highly polemical hatchet job on Germans - journalists, politicians, military figures, etc. - with Russian sympathies (he dubs them Russlandversteher) and Russia and Russians. He claims Russlandversteher are an important facet of Russia's information warfare operations in Germany and have been actively "cultivated" by the Russian state to that end.

Evidence provided for such 'cultivation' is completely lacking - he genuinely suggests people who have (or had) financial interests in Russia and/or Russian businesses, or involvement with businesses that trade (or once traded with) Russia, are members of a Russo-German forum (political, industrial or otherwise), have appeared in the Russian media, spoken at an event convened by a Russian organization or are members of an organization that hosted an event at which a Russian or Russians spoke, among other supremely trivial and tenuous 'connections', are all Kremlin agents of influence. His paranoia takes on a highly xenophobic character at points, noting certain Russlandversteher have Russian ancestry, grew up in the former East Germany or have relatives born there. I do wonder about the sanity of people involved in this effort.

Anyway, as a testament to how this definitely isn't a Russian government 'information war' effort or whatever, we've had no advance warning of new document releases and they haven't been sent to us directly once. I only found out about the third tranche release by accident, when I was searching for the second online - and I learned of the fourth dump on Friday over an hour after its release when someone alerted me on Twitter. Trust me, if this had been a Kremlin-backed job, we would've had all the files at once and way in advance of the 'public'. There are obviously many documents/much information 'Anonymous' (ie whoever hacked this) are holding back - the file they claim is a list of invitees to a meet with the White Helmets, for instance, is just a list of email addresses and names. How do they know what it relates to?

On a related note, I'm not sure how much stock can be placed in the commentary they've given around the files. For example, in the latest dump they suggest an individual who worked at Porton Down is connected to the Skripal affair, having been apparently hired by Chris Donnelly to SGMI in 2016 - but there's nothing in the files to suggest this is the case, and the person in question doesn't have expertise relevant to chemical weapons.

The files they're releasing are obviously highly sensitive, and the whole fiasco is evidently unwelcome in the extreme to II - they've managed to get all the files taken off Scribd, and the pdf-online site has been subject to a massive cyberattack, meaning anyone trying to access the files through there is presented with porn and viruses. Hannes Adomeit's email to me confirms they're legitimate (and that at least some of the individuals named in the files ARE connected to II now).

Addendum: My appearance in a stupid node graph - https://twitter.com/conspirator0/status/1081764173950996480.

The Empire is very unhappy with Germany about Nord Stream 2 arent they? Doesn't surprise me they want to up their activities there.

Add to this it was about three weeks after the first batch was released we got round to covering them

biggytitbo

As far as I can see the main reaction from those rumbled by this is to lash out wildly about how everyone is a Russian disinfo agent.

They really are total crackpots.

Where will the naysayers draw the line?  Actual (as in officially confirmed) leaked documents implicating a network of infiltration across the national media, which is subsequently being ignored and even attacked by said media.  That's pretty blatant.  It's also fucked up.  And it even goes away to some degree if they at least reported it properly.  Similar tactics with the Clinton leaks: classic 'blame/obfuscate the messenger' defence to divert away from any serious discussion of the contents.

And so what if it is Russia?  Don't we do it to them when they're sticking needles in their athletes?  And we think we're so superior of course.  While ignoring our own shitstorms just because it came out of the snake's mouth.  Great logic.

Preaching to the choir here I know.  It's endlessly baffling how passive everyone on the UK left is to this sort of thing.  Ever since the great Snowden shrug of 2013.  C&B included.

biggytitbo

The fact they're working against us, not Russia is the main thing. Us, Scotland, Spain, Germany, this is an assault against our own democratic process and that of our supposed allies. And a giant collective failure of the mainstream media in failing to cover it.

What the fuck can we do about it?

MPs conspire with police and press to hack phones and institute mass surveillance; public don't give a fuck.

MPs revealed to be using public money to buy homes which they then sell at a profit, to buy them duck ponds and gazebos; taxpayers shrug.

MPs actually found to be fucking and physically abusing children; public watch the darts and football.

What would stir these fuckers into action?
