I distinctly recall popcorn saying that "handicaps are not allowed because they're fucking gross little bastards with little caps upon their heads and massive great big bloody hands!  I want to kill them all with sporks because I'M A HUMONGOUS BASTARD!!!".  He's nothing if not a discriminatory man.  Honest to a fault too.  If only we could all take a leaf out of popcorn's book, we would surely be a better people.
