It'll drop some but currently at 98% on Rotten Tomatoes. What in the fuck?

Interesting, was that Michael Bay just not giving a shit about who they bring in or a deliberate move to break away from the Michael Bay vibes of it all?

The director of Kubo and the Two Strings seems like a big change from him.

I wonder if the metallic sad-fart-through-scaffolding creaking noise will be in this.

Imagine going to a movie called 'Bumblebee'. Just imagine it. Asking for the ticket and all. "One for 'Bumblebee'. please.  ID?  I'm 87 years old, dear".  Fucking Hell.

Nah, just kidding; best movie ever made.  11 bee hives out of 10.

I'm sure I'd be far less embarrassed asking for bumblebee than that time I went to A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence

Mate.  I could just as easily direct Bumblebee.  I don't think that they're particularly trainable but I'll still give it a shot, or rather I would, if only I wasn't so horribly allergic to flowers (also bees, but that's by the by).

Now, on to more pressing maters; can you tell that I'm waterproof?  I'm knee deep in the nectar of the Gods (also bees, but that's by the by).  Thirsty but waterproof.  It's a sad irony.  Pollen up in my red raw allergic nostrils and all (also bees, but that's by the by).  Waterproof I may be but fire still hurts (also bees, but that's by the by).

Bees.

Ouch.

Flowers.

Sneeze.

Sting.

Ouch.

Petals.

Sneeze.

Sting.

Ouch, my ears.

Bee's knees.

Ouch. Sneeze.

It's all bye the bye.

Mark Wahlberg reckons he's going to sink a barbers one day, and I hate him for it.

Yeah, this was pretty good, alright. Very pleasantly surprised. Lots of fun to be had with it. I especially enjoyed BB instantly taking against Strangeways Here We Come but then later putting our lass's mind at ease with a wee bit of "Girlfriend In A Coma."

Loads of lovely wee bits like that in.

Thing is, the first Transformers film wasn't without its charms either, it had a lot of heart too, at times, and it was far funnier than folk tend to remember. It's just that all that good stuff was sandwiched between a bunch of obnoxious, pornographic, leery, militaristic, jingoistic horseshit, interspersed with ceaselessly confusing scenes about a bunch of stuff you couldn't properly make out throwing things you could make out even less through bits of fucking bridges or whatever to no discernible end. But it wasn't entirely worthless, we've just forgotten about that because the sequels were so thoroughly nauseating and repellent and racist and senseless and miserable.

But this Bumblebee is good. It's not amazing like or anything. It's not the best film of 2018 or anything like this. But it's not got a whole lot wrong with it either.

The first half of it was ace. I absolutely loved it then, and was surprised to still feel that way when I watched it again last year. Fuck the second half of it and everything that came after, though.

Very much looking forward to this, though.

I really liked it. Seeing the G1 versions of my childhood heroes did something ridiculous to me and I shed a tear of absolute joy. The rest was fun. Cena spat out a gallon of flob when shouting at the end.

I wanted to go and see this with a lady, but she was annoyed and confused that it wasn't about an actual bee.
Should I kill her or marry her?  Or leave it up to her?
