Next door are having a right old barney this evening. They're a nice pair and I should be thinking "I hope their relationship survives this" but I'm actually thinking "Fucking hell, they've definitely heard all the times I've come home drunk and tried to hit all the notes in the last verse of Purple Rain".

Im drunk again and at that lovely point where I’m cocktail drunk so high enough on sugar to stay awake but pissed enough to throw my phones the other couch for a bit; just picked it up.

Im trying to pick stuff that’s loud but not pissing neighbours off. Still got My Father’s House to come so will probably burst into tears and pass out.

What next?

The Fall, Saint Vitus, The Stooges, Black Sabbath, Betty Davis or maybe some of her ex-hubby Miles' slab of relentless funk On The Corner.  Anything heavy and slamming will do.
