I think a man needs to have a certain something about him to get away with it.

Isn't there a different meaning for a ring on each finger?

QuoteAt times, pinky rings have been worn with the intent to convey a message or indicate affiliation.

i work in a jewellery shop and i haven't been able to use the phrase 'pinky ring' ever since a customer pointed out that it sounds a bit rude

There's a joke here about a "paedo ring" being a collection of nonces and an item of jewellery, but I can't make it. Fill in the gaps yourself.

kittens

the little finger is no more pink than any other finger.

I'm not saying my theory isn't prone to miscarriages of justice...

When I was a kid, there was a neighbour I instinctively disliked who wore one, and I think that's the root of why I don't like the look of them on men. He was a freemason, so it could have been a masonic ring.

My prejudice is completely irrational, obviously. It's just male vanity.

Shit Good Nose

He's too busy sorting out 9/11, the moon landings and the JFK assassination.  He'll be popping in here soon to sort this little one out, although it's low priority right now.

Listening to an outtake "BE-12" by ambient electronica artist Alucidnation (from Sketches 1) and looking at this picture

has filled me with a existential melancholy that is almost unbearably sad and beautiful. A frozen moment lost in time, resonating with a younger me and a more innocent age.

Bizarre.
