Just for the pronunciation. Nothing ruins a trip to Amsterdam more than noisy American fucknuts bellowing on about 'Van Go' to covert their imagined shame at really just being there to take drugs.

Well, idiotic British football cunts smashing up the town might be a bit worse...

So not only are the working class of Northern Ireland's referendum votes of no consequence, if they're Catholic then their lives aren't either and their murders should go uninvestigated as to do so wouldn't be patriotic or PC or something.

I look forward to at least 20 articles on the Guardian about this.

QuoteChris Grayling's embattled transport ministry faces a second legal challenge over the way the East Midlands rail franchise was awarded, from Arriva Rail, owned by Germany's state-backed Deutsche Bahn.

The claim, filed at the high court last week, will pit the UK and German governments against each other and could lead to the transport secretary being called to court to give evidence.

Arriva said it had taken legal action against the DfT over the award of the East Midlands network to the Dutch state-owned firm Abellio last week, alongside a similar action launched by Stagecoach at the high court.

Stagecoach has alleged that the DfT breached its statutory duties over East Midlands, where it was the operator before the contract was handed to Abellio...

QuoteThe supervision of all offenders on probation in England and Wales is being put back in the public sector after serious failings with the part-privatisation of the system.

Contracts with community rehabilitation companies, which monitor low and medium risk offenders, will not be renewed.

The National Probation Service - which manages those posing the highest threat - will take over in December 2020.

It reverses changes made in 2014 by then Justice Secretary Chris Grayling.

He had wanted the move to drive down re-offending.

In March, the National Audit Office said problems with the part-privatisation had cost taxpayers almost £500m and that the numbers returning to prison for breaching their licence conditions had "skyrocketed".

And chief probation inspector Dame Glenys Stacey said the model of part-privatisation was "irredeemably flawed" and people would be safer under a system delivered by the public sector.

She said she was "delighted" about Justice Secretary David Gauke's decision...

Chris Grayling. Two words to say to anyone who still votes Tory or is a member of the Tory Party.

I try not to pronounce it at all. 'Van Goff' is obviously wrong and 'Van xhoxh' sounds unbearably pretentious.

I think Goghy's a bit shit anyway.

Well you certainly earn more than he did. I love his work.

Everything that happened with probation was predicted by NAPO who were, of course dismissed as what do trade unions know about anything?

It's great news that it will be re-nationalised now if only the same would happen to social care, health and education. But what do I know? I can't see the benefit of schools laying off teaching assistants, midday meal supervisors and pastoral staff while massively increasing the salaries of Chief Executives of MATs. I'm not a bigger picture person.

Failing Grayling. Even with the rest of the wankers in the Tories he stands head and shoulders above them.

A colossus in the world of fuckupery.

QuoteNo fewer than 25 serving Conservative MPs, including several leadership candidates, are connected to an organisation part-funded by the tobacco industry, reveals an investigation by a respected health journal.

The British Medical Journal (BMJ) says politicians with links to free-market think-tank the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) include Dominic Raab, David Davis and Owen Paterson.

The BMJ say the organisation is responsible for a series of attacks on public health initiatives including policies aimed at reducing childhood obesity.

Between them, Neil Record, chair of the IEA's board of trustees since 2015, and fellow IEA trustee since July 2005, Sir Michael Hintze, have given a total of £166,000 in cash or hospitality to 30 MPs and £4.3 million to the Tory party since 2002. Between 2010 and 2017, prior to his appointment as Health Secretary, Matt Hancock accepted £32,000 in funding from Mr Record. In a special report published today, investigative journalist Jonathan Gornall warns the IEA is closer to power than it has been for decades – and may hold the key to No 10...

Is Penny Mordaunt a bigger piece of shit than Gavin Williamson with her raging boner for ARE BRAVE BOYS

Buelligan

I think so, yes.  Williamson is a schemer, schemers only have loyalty to themselves.  Mordaunt, I believe, in an adherent, much more dangerous.  She believes unwaveringly in the righteousness of Britain's might.  Frightening really.

She wants to make it fine to commit war crimes if you're a BRITISH soldier.

Didn't Labour's defence bod agree with this?

PMQ's apparently very light on brexiteer Cabinet ministers. It looks like there's a fair bit of mobilisation going on behind the scenes.

I know I've said this about a dozen times before with May but I think the party is finally at breaking point.
