Anderson Paak - Ventura (Out April 12th)

Announced a couple of weeks ago and now he's released the tracklist with the single coming out tonight/tomorrow. Dr Dre executive producer again and has some great features on it including Nate Dogg. No production credits yet but would expect a few from Dre and think Fredwreck is involved as well.

Thought his last album was decent but not as good as I'd hoped. Really looking forward to this though, those are some tasty featuring artists and I really like King James

Gave this a listen this morning. Enjoyed it. Not sure if i like it more than Oxnard yet though. I felt Oxnard was fairly run of the mill and didn't have much of a unique sound to it.

Standout tracks for me so far on this one are Good Heels even though it's just over a minute and half long and What Can We Do? It made me remember how missed Nate Dogg is. It's a really great sounding track and they've made it sound like a proper collaboration like it was made recently.

Looking forward to giving it another listen tomorrow.

Album credits. Bit surprised that Good Heels isn't produced by Dre. I thought it sounded like him
