I think you know what I'm going to say.

Something about posh wine?

pancreas

Well, if you insist: Put all your money into Pic-Saint-Loup. It's on the UP.

Buelligan

Does it go with Danger Man's "rillettes".  Jesus christ, you'll need more than that to wash your tongue.

pancreas

If you aks Pic-Saint-Loup go with rillettes, then is clear SI from panacreas.

Some kind of Listerine isn't it?

Rillettes:  the best a dangerman can get (for his teeth, gums and tongue).

You're all just angry at Tracy Ann Oberman because she recently forced the lead singer of your favourite band, Reverend and the Makers, into making a public apology for libel.

Replies From View

If libel is anything like the word Lido I would like some ambiguity around its pronunciation please.

Was it sex, like poor James Hunt used to take to break his fast?  I can imagine one might be put off that by those declarations but a little pink grapefruit juice and a nice pear compote will do you no harm.

Danger Man

Corbynism's greatest liability is now Jeremy Corbyn himself

The Guardian speaks out....again.

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2019/jul/02/jeremy-corbyn-liability-brexit-labour-party

It is hard to present Corbyn as a man for the future, and May's departure will date him even more. He will be a stale continuity figure from the time of stasis, irradiated through years of loitering ineffectually amid the referendum's toxic fallout. His aura of specialness has dissipated, revealing the man in all his flawed mediocrity. The prospect of Britain having a radical Labour government is sliding into the gap that has opened up between an idea people once called "Jeremy Corbyn" and the actual Jeremy Corbyn.

lipsink

Wow. Fresh new perspective there from The Guardian!

NoSleep

They really want the change in the Labour Party to just be about Corbyn, when it never was.

Buelligan

Hopefully clever Zoyza will build them a Guardian article generator, saving them time and money.

Turned out to be a bit of an own goal there.

Not read the full context but from that tweet that's one of the most cynical and offensive things I've ever seen from a British politician. Significantly worse than anything from Boris. How many times has JH been in the same room as JC and just looked at him? If you genuinely think he's making another Holocaust more likely and you're in their presence weekly what would be the right thing to do?
