A pretty obvious one I don't believe has actually been mentioned - Philip Glass' score for Koyaanisqatsi (I've not seen the two follow up movies/heard their soundtracks tbh)... some of Glass' music was reused in Zack Snyder's Watchmen... this doesn't feature any of the beautiful choral work that appears elsewhere in the score, but it's incredible nonetheless:

Christ, yes. Those brief moments of dissonance at 1:09 and 1:41, ugh. I had always thought watching this scene that it was the perfect climax to Twin Peaks as a work - of course, the Return proved me wrong. Interesting to think if Lynch had any further notion of 'what year is this?' when he devised this scene.

The 'love theme' from MD is deployed to devastating effect at various times throughout the film, but this piece is never actually used in the movie, making it even more haunting and beautiful IMO. It's like a musical shorthand for the two characters and their whole sorry tale. I wonder if it was initially meant for inclusion during my favourite scene, where Camilla literally leads Diane up the garden path.

Same. Most people see the cliffhanger in season 2 and assume it's not a complete work, but I never saw how Fire Walk with Me didn't provide enough conclusion. I think it always has to end with Cooper and Laura. I knew the Return wouldn't besmirch it all though, though. Inherently it feels sort of wrong, like the catharsis of FWWM's ending was snatched away, but that's all by design. It's all amazing.

I need to watch Mulholland Drive again. That really is a beautiful score, I hadn't heard that track before.

This is fantastic... thanks to some dedicated sleuthing, I've managed to find an Ennio Morricone track that I heard on an obscure Morricone compilation cassette a mate used to have... I have attempted to find it in the past, but a new burst of inspiration got me scouring IMDb/Discogs and YouTube... the piece in question is from 1969 Marlon Brando-starrer Burn! (original Italian title: 'Quiemada'):

It's quite dramatic and slightly spooky... I love the pipe organ, wailing and off-kilter strings.

Draughtsman's Contract has been posted, but I really love the nervous breakdown that is Nyman's Zed and Two Noughts soundtrack (though I think the title track isn't the strongest).

The Sweet Hereafter, for the best movie you will never want to watch a second time.  Sarah Polley kills it with the songs (like this).

And for pure unfettered mid-century Americana, you can't beat Elmer Bernstein's To Kill a Mockingbird.
