The government - partially under the cover of the Brexit insanity - has decided that in order to protect children online, they should be in control of what we can see on the internet. Regardless of feasibility, this will damage the civil and human rights of British people.

It seems that the government has been busy behind the Brexit smoke screen attempting to sew up the newest and most democratic communication and information system, but will be hampered in this quest by the ECHR and human rights legislation...

I still remember, like it was yesterday, when the BBC first reported on that when those measures were first mooted some years ago, and they got hold of documents which said that the aim was basically to ban everything that wasn't missionary vaginal sex.  I dread to think what they're REALLY intending to restrict with this...
