Ohh dearie me!

Used to love this and still have the DVD somewhere. I was very partial to Shona.

I can still remember the words to the theme tune of this, some lovely harmonies. I remember the tune more than the content of the show although I'm sure I liked it. I must have done if I have the DVD.

I *only* know the tune. At secondary school my friend and I came up with a medley of sitcom theme tunes mixed with comedy catchphrases and The High Life was one of his contributions. I've just gone and looked at the theme tune on YouTube for the first time ever, already knowing the main part of it. Bit weird.

Re-watched this on a whim last year.
Holds up pretty well.
Captain Duff is a tremendous character.

"You for coffee?"

Great series, and it always jarred with me to hear that Masson had written a second but Cumming buggered off to do Goldeneye and the like.
