I mentioned Cornwall a few pages back. VERY excited to see him make the full test team. Weirdly dainty off-spinner and can smash the stitches off the ball when he bats.

He's actually pretty fucking good for sure. Handy bowler and as you say hits it a million miles. Top lad.

You did indeed mate, should of referenced it as it was you that drew me to his attention.

I know he’s not as prolific a first-class bowler as others

Just checked his first-class stats and he’s got a better strike rate than any of the Australia team, and his average of 23.44 is also better than any of them other than Cummins.
He hasn’t played loads, just 28 games, but that’s enough to prove he’s got the stuff. Seems totally nerve-free too.

Now I’ve said that I’m expecting him to get bunted all over the shop by Warner and Smith tomorrow.

I definitely don't fancy our pile of shit batsmen at Lord's and tbh the more of a break our bowlers can get the better.

Hope it rains so much that Lord’s gets swept down the Thames and out into the North Sea along with all the egg and bacon tie wearing ubercunts.

Probs 3 and a half days play I reckon

We will be watching Smith bat for 2 of them, watching England get out a lot for the rest.

I will take Archer decapitating one of them
And if Jos hits Starc for a few sixes

Just looked at Cricinfo’s match preview, it has England’s ”bowlers to watch” as Stokes and Moeen.

According to reports Moeen is taking some time out of the game to recharge his batteries and spend more time with his aids.

Looks like England will have about two and a half days’ play to negotiate. Gonna be tight.
