Who first did that 'nooooooooo!' in slow motion that everyone copies?

Also, with all this talk of the "nooooooooo!" in Revenge of the Sith, that clip has a six degrees of separation thing going on, given the fact that the bodyguard trainer is voiced by Mark Hamill.

Most of what I remember was parody of slowmo generally such as Naked Gun doing the Potemkin/Untouchables baby carriage on the stairs, Sith seemed to make "noooooooo" more specific.
No.

Still more "no" as part of a general slowmo gag though but I spose you could argue the Vader "nooooo" is really a separate reference/influence, not slowmo but more just extended and overplayed in a comic fashion.

The first slow motion "Noooooo!" I'm aware of is from Don't Look Now in 1973, when Donald Sutherland finds his drowned daughter:

What the fuck, YouTube?  Your copyright detecting algorithm throws a hissy fit whenever I upload a video well within the bounds of the fair use law but it's perfectly content to allow someone to upload an entire copyrighted movie?  Why do you have a vendetta against me, YouTube?  Why?!

The thing Vader's "Noooooo!" first reminded me of was Calculon.

My favourite use of the 'nooooooooo!' trope.

The reason it was so risible in RotS was because it was already a thing.

It isn't even the best "Noooo" in the Beatles first "Noooo" in Star Wars.

Sin Agog

Didn't all those early John Woos* revel in this sort of thing?

*or should I say John WooooOoOOooo?

It's not?

EDIT: Oh, right.  The aforementioned "I am your Father" scene in The Empire Strikes Back.

I'd say moreso that it was very very badly done, again considering it I think you could argue its become a separate reference to scream "nooo" in such a fashion relative to the slowmo "noooo"
