This is terrible. I hadn't realised that Sub Base came out of Romford. Right, quick shuffle and now Harlow is the source of all evil.

Extremely fit 26 year old landlady sold up to go and live with a sixty year old in Harlow, so I always thought it was some kind of Xanadu.
