Sort of. Loved this Argentinian drama with drops of mirth (that b&w toffee advert!)

I found the score to be Grade A giallo mixed with tinges of Miss Marple and Bergerac. In fact the film was a strange mix of those shows, Columbo and Almodovar High Art.

Never mind the bullocks!

Which is weird as Columbo's entire raison d'etre is to tie up loose ends.

This guy had a touch of Columbo, but less of the pretend bumbling or avuncular nature. Imagine Spender trying to Columbo, but thinking 'BASTAAAAAD!' the second he's tripped the guy up.
