What games have you been so addicted to they started to damage your life?

I deliberately didn't buy Fifa 20 this year, as I think I nearly ruined my brain from the stress of keeping up with Ultimate Team weekly objectives for the last 12 months, grinding to get my dream team, and when I did, I had about three weeks to enjoy using it before everyone fucked off to the new version. Won't make that mistake again. I honestly think it contributed to me drinking far more than normal, too.

Factorio, aka Game Of The Decade

Second that. Dyson Sphere Program has just come out on early access. It's like a combination of Factorio and Satisfactory (which didn't grab me), and I'm extremely impressed. Watching videos/streams more than playing ATM, since if I were to get into it in the manner I'd like to, I'd find myself single pretty soon. Maybe I'll make time by just quitting my job.
