Five Live Drivetime yesterday - lots of voxpops that all basically said "well, I'm Labour through and through but I'll be voting Lib Dem this time" with lots of sympathetic noises from presenter (and former porn rag editor) Tony Livesey.

Given the current state of sexual politics in the media, you might think people would make more of that. He is also Shaun Ryder's ghostwriter.

May as well just post a live stream to all BBC output, it's utterly shameless and they don't even try to hide it now.

Ever notice how their Labour coverage is always done with crude line drawings?  It’s pretty subtle, but I think there’s a cumulative effect.

What gets me is how amazing journalists think they all are. When Labour activists in the audience were booing Beth Rigby and Kuenssberg's shit leading questions you had the other reporters saying how awful it was that "Top Reporters" were receiving this reaction.

You aren't top reporters (the questions were inane) and those in the audience already have prima facie evidence that you are acting under orders to get Corbyn.

Don't be so hard on them, they just want it to be like eight years ago when there were no social or economic problems (for people who live in North London suburbs)

I imagine that Javid's attempt to redefine the elite as being celebrities and actors rather than bankers who become senior politicians is a flavour of how they are going to to try and rebrand the Tories in the media.

Unlike the US, our archaic class system might actually act as an inadvertent barrier to stop that tactic cutting through as well as they wish.

That little scrot on QT banging on about electing Johnson and beat that terrible Marxist has got to be a plant.

And the twat in yellow with his "halloween fright" bollocks and pointy finger.

These people are not real, these are scripted responses clearly.

Birmingham is funny place, lovely people that still have some sense of community but about 20% are fucking thick a fuck bell ends that spend their days praying for a race war whilst everyone else gets on things.

Poor audience for Brum, I think it has attracted certain people on this occasion.

Went to school with a lot of these pricks occasional I see them posting racist shit on facebook (and i mean racist not just the "i just want a managed immigration policy" facade) they are loud and cuntish but they are largely hated or simply tolerated by the people around them.

They are completely ignorant to this, they think that everyone agrees with them.

Last time out 2017 there were several wards that we thought were turning blue because of these loud mouths bigging themselves up but it didn't happen in fact some quite impoverished white estates increased the vote for labour.
