Searching: YouTube dark kids tv parody series

Few years ago I watched a crowd funded series of 3 or 4 videos on YouTube of what can only be described as Dark Sesame Street.

Think it was made in UK, featured these puppet creatures,  that were in normal scenes,  home, kitchen, they would paint, count numbers, kids tv shit
Then about half way through a telephone would ring and it would take a very dark turn . Bizarre but wonderfully done.

There were reaction videos of people confused by how dark and twisted it was.
