You're welcome. It was the complete "Man of Iron" Peckinpah documentary. Instead of clips here and there, the director compiled every interview in full, with his ex-assistant giving a little bit of insight.

It's a documentary called 'Man of Iron' from 1993, originally released at around 90 minutes, but an extended 11 hour version was recently released on the 2017 Arrow blu ray of Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia. It's not so much an 11 hour documentary as it is just 11 hours of uncut interview reels with no shaping and hardly any framing material.
