Saw him perform last night in Fort Lauderdale. Five songs from 'Trust', no Oliver's Army, two female backing singers.

I thought he was in fine voice and still nimble on the guitar, and the sound was wonderfully loud and raucous. My one complaint would be his between song patter, which he does in an American accent as if he's speaking to Tony Soprano. WTF was that about? His two new songs, from an adaption he is writing of 'A Face In The Crowd' by Budd Schulberg, were piss-poor.
