There's a lot of weird continuity stuff like that on the UK TV channels. When they show consecutive episodes of The Bill on Drama, there's often an announcement over the end credits of one episode saying something like "Remember the boys and girls from Sun Hill? Well, you'll be able to catch up with them after the break, when we bring you The Bill" as though you haven't just been watching it.
