I too took out a production bit of code* today but thankfully I'd rigged the alerts to only go to me and i couldn't trace any errors so, if a bit of code falls in a forest and nobody hears it, did it actually fall?

*A step i misconfigured fired into production when it shouldn't have.

When I loaded it there was a message saying “this site has been taken over by Moomins”.
