You may also like these pickled onions and pickled wallies which are pickled in naga pepper-infused vinegar. They are bloody hot, yes, but also delicious.

Lidl do some nice ones albeit rather small.The vinegar and pickling spices are distinct but not exact.

I suspect the synthetic vinegar trade is to blame and lament the decline of the spirit vinegar trade.
