Online Situational Response Tests

So I've completed a few of these in my search for part-time work. The usual multiple-choice questions are asked, "Would you come in on your day off if asked?" or, "A colleague asks for help, you're very busy." Obviously I lie but I can't seem to pass the tests, even though I use multiple email addresses and vary my answers. It seems that the entire process is automated but I can't beat the computer.

How do you beat the tests? I've also heard rumors that online vetting might take place as well.
