My girlfriend and I have been on an episode a day for a while now. I'd probably have binged it right through to the end of Voyager by this point on my own but we're midway through TNG season 1.

Thanks again for all the well wishes. I'm off to hospital tomorrow to see a specialist who'll be giving me a medication review and such, and have been referred as an outpatient to the department meaning I'll have checkups every couple of months to see how I'm doing. It's taken three suicide attempts to get to this point, but at least the help is finally coming in. Felt pretty fucking terrible this morning but otherwise it's been a gradual improvement over the past few days. At this rate I'll be feeling like myself by Christmas I hope.
