Help identifying a game from 1983/1984

A friend is doing his PhD research on 'Play For Today' and needs help identifying a game that crops up briefly in 'Rainy Day Women' (1984). He asked me for help but I don't know it. It looks like some kind of flight simulator/ war game, possibly for the Spectrum... I've started the YouTube clip at the time it appears:
