Synopsis: A rock climber tries to save the day when a mysterious white gas envelops an entire district in Seoul, South Korea.

That synopsis is very accurate, guy is considered a bit of a failure, he loves rock(wall) climbing, another bloke released some kind of deadly gas in Seoul, climbing enthusiast uses skills along with an ex girlfriend to save the day and themselves because the gas keeps rising and they need to climb higher.
