it was more of an observation really. people 'offended' by him aren't the ones inviting him on radio or tv.

and in terms of positive action, debating fascists isn't my priority. and it's chveik, can't you read?

"debating fascists isn't my priority".....but.....my priority is? no? as I thought exactly fuck all in terms of positive action (fuck all you can be bothered to engage with on here anyway).

It isn't my priority either btw, it just isn't also crowbaring meaningless negative comments....sorry "observations" into threads about them.

I was just coming here to post that. Fucking love Jewdas.

This also highlighted to me that he actually has a karate kit in his Twitter name and really got me laughing hard.

I like the usage of "you" as if you're communicating with him.

Is he now gone from the twitters?  Went to visit that thread this morning, have a small smile for breakfast - always a good maxim.  Anyway, found nowt.  Is there no more Laurence Fox - Anti-woke grifter on twitter now?  Is that what we've come to in this so-called paradise of free speech and happy-platforming?  A sobering moment.

ETA  Spoke too soon.  Found the little wag again.  What larks!

Tsk. Thought you were against Fox Hunting?

He's been courting the TERFs now. Retweeting Sharron Davis. Glinner must be furious at having his thunder stolen like this.

Buelligan

Yes, I saw.  What is wrong with these people?  I'm glad deep-thinkers like Fox and Davies MBE are speaking their brains for ordinary simple folk.

surely delighted another celebrity is using their influence to turn the tide.

Though if Adolf Hitler burst out of the ground and registered an account on twitter to tweet "ONLY WOMEN HAVE CERVIXES" glinner would immediately declare himself to be a longtime fan of national socialism

I'm not disputing the fact he's a terf, though this does have the air of an edgy teenager flinging shit at walls to see what reactions he can get. I doubt he's dedicated to it like our Graham.

He's basically shit at this though, doesn't really understand how people or the internet works, very thin skinned and terrible at being able to needle people in a way that isn't actionable.

I tried to watch the video pinned on his twitter with the blackest friend he could find but its so boring i couldnt watch it all

"Racism isnt a problem but working class poverty is" essentially

They can both be a problem. Its intersectional solidarity to say that black lives matter you witless prick. All you are doing is letting xenophobic people be comfortable with being racist

There was some good stuff from Akala on this yesterday.

Ha ha Akala writes like me (i.e. extra and missing words all over the shop) what he really needs is someone on CAB to ignore everything he is saying and point this out to him.

Its a great thread btw Akala really is brilliant.

Fox obviously never takes cocaine up his nose.  Never toots it up there at all, ever.

I imagine his new "friends" have simply given him a list of "woke" topics and instructed him to tweet a few vague and not too offensive comments over the next few weeks. As well as the legal action they must have seen how Milo and Hopkins eventually took it too far and I imagine they also want to avoid that.

On the subject of legal action, the replies to this are insane:

https://mobile.twitter.com/LozzaFox/status/1315319821349740545

The charity named Reclaim sent a Cease and Desist letter and Looza was whining about how that was extreme and impolite and couldn't they have just had a polite discussion and come to a compromise instead? Of course sending a letter is a lot less of a headache than trying to debate with someone with no grasp of the law and whose arguments aren't made in good faith (and why the hell should they share the name they trademarked first?), but there are his fans trying to claim a charity has some sinister hidden political agenda. They're like a cult following a crap messiah who can't even grow a beard.

Sebastian Cobb

That was kind of my point though. Hopkins was able to be a really nasty hateful person for ages without any real action being taken; Fox has already got lawyers on his case for calling someone a nonce as part of his big hamfisted 'thought experiment' ahhh.

Why do people like Fox assume there are no BAME working-class people? Do they think only white people can be working-class?

idunnosomename

They just shoot each other so it's their own fault. But think of poor-sad-faced little Oliver!
