Not seen a thread for this.  In its second season now and the format is solid (prime suspectesque 8 episodes on a single different case each season) its formulaic in a way but subject matter and well acted enough to pull it through.   Really worth checking out. Bill Pullman is pretty great, which is weird considering his previous stuff.

ooh Carrie Coon's in this. I'll give it a go and report back

Claude the Racecar Driving Rockstar Super Sleuth

I recently watched the first series and was thoroughly gripped by it. Jessica Biel was a revelation. Pullman's character does feel a bit clichéd but it doesn't detract from the story.

I should make a start on series two soon. Carrie Coon is seemingly incapable of not being great.

Moribunderast

I loved both seasons. Carrie Coon is indeed great in season 2, as is Biel in 1. The show's creator, Antonio Campos has also directed some interesting films in Christine, Simon Killer and Afterschool.

Non Stop Dancer

Just adding to the thumbs up here to encourage anyone on the fence to watch it.
