In a vacuum one could view this as a simple mistake, but this comes from a campaign who already had a scandal (albeit one that was overlooked at the time by the "mainstream media") where 400 people, with emphasis put on 3 prominent black politicians, were listed as endorsing Pete in an email sent to reporters. It then came out that those politicians (one of whom is Bernie's co-chair in South Carolina) had been sent an email telling them that unless they opted out by a certain time they would be listed as endorsing Pete. Not to mention that 184 of the aforementioned 400 were revealed to be white.

An update on this story. Lis Smith and her media chums have been denying that she was posting from that account, mocking the idea that it's even possible as patently absurd.

The reporter claims to have spoken to the real Chinedu but doesn't say how, and is not responding to questions on twitter asking her that. Meanwhile, another reporter tweeted that she had also been in contact with Chinedu and posted a screenshot, but I can't tell if it's meant to be a joke or not.
