The other day, I went into the library* in my apartment building to work from home. I went to throw a coke can in the bin, but the lid wouldn't close properly as it was full of papers.

What did I find inside, but someone's handwritten document titled "MY GOALS: 2017".

I chucked them back in the bin after a cursory glance told me it was pie in the sky stuff. Completely unattainable. It looked like after 3 years they'd finally packed it in. Bit sad really.

Anyway, there's a "slice of life" anecdote for you.
