Northants need 19 with 2 wickets left!

Off for rain at the fall of the 9th wicket. 14 runs left to score.

Despite being nominally a Yorkshire fan their batting has been seriously suspect and they are lucky as hell to have won that.

Buttler scored 124 off 64 in some twatter match in India btw cheers

I also see that David Warner has been stripped of his team's captaincy and dropped, but is stuck in India due to travel restrictions.

What a shame.

Some good chases yesterday, Lancashire but particularly Gloucestershire chasing 348 in 78 overs.

IPL postponed. Did a guilty laugh when I found out. Not guilty because I gave India Covid.

Stuart MacGill kidnapped and assaulted at gunpoint. Very mysterious - it seems one of the kidnappers knew him.

No heroics thus far. Labuschagne looks like he has the most impregnable defence of nearly any batsman I've seen.

TRJ has torn his knee cartilage in training so out for another long layoff. That's probably him done as far as England goes now.

I'm enjoying how pleasingly mad it all is. Nice test for Hameed now on a low-scoring ground against Siddle and Porter.

Ollie Robinson must be wishing injuries on.. Well...all of the 6 bowlers in front of him.

Ollie Robinson must be wishing injuries on.. Well...all of the 6 bowlers in front of him.

Not to mention his teammates... just looked at the Northants scorecard

Robinson 26-7-58-5
Eight other Sussex bowlers between them 76-3-368-4

Figures so bad Safari thinks they’re a phone number
