I think the real guy behind Zands thought he was on his normal account and left that comment for Baddiel. To which Bojack 90s reacts "in-universe" appalled at Zands' outrageous criticism of Baddiel "bordering on trolling". Which comment Baddiel takes at face value and likes, despite the original comment Zands left being entirely anodyne and polite.

There's a big difference between being bored at home and worried about money and how long you'll still get paid (which most of us are), and actually wanting to go into a germ filled vortex chez Baddiel for £9 an hour, probably via TfL Coronabox (if still running). Plus, the Baddiels will likely be there at the moment. Abstract theoretical hygienic work is more pleasant than catching COVID for minimum wage.

I think that was back when the cleaner you hired was usually some friend of a friend's mum or something. Now it's an immigrant or some other undesirable you are actually a 'wealth creator' and giving a wonderful opportunity to an underprivileged person.
