Yeah I haven't had properly long hong hair since my teens, and that was before I knew the value of cleaning and conditioning it. I'm taking the lockdown as an excuse to grow it long again - since I'm in my mid 30's now, it might be my last proper chance.

I had long hair but it was getting on my nerves and I had a few "come on little Timmy, let the woman pass" moments when out shopping so I thought it was time.
I took the scissors to it but it ended up looking like PJ and Harvey era Declan Donnelly which I wasn't happy about so I chopped it again and it was far too short and looked ridiculous.
It's grown to a nice length now and if I ruffle it up with a bit of dax, you can't really tell that I've cut it myself, I like to imagine.
