Neighbor has just been sectioned

Ambulance just left, my neighbor(well my parent's but it's where I'm staying waiting to get back to China, and I've known them since being a foetus) has just been sectioned, for the third time in the last few years. She has always been bipolar, but what makes it all the more heartbreaking is her husband has lukeimeia, and he got told a few weeks ago he only most likely has a few months left.  Add that to Corona virus, their daughter is a nurse so can't keep going in the house, and their other daughter lives in New Zealand so can't even do anything.

We saw her going into the ambulance, and he was a husk of a man absolutely broken, heartbreaking. She escaped apparently last time, she watched the nurse leave her room and remembered the door code.  She was found walking down a country road about a mile and a half from home.
