NHS surcharge

Something I did not realise until recently is that migrant workers from outside the EEA have to pay £400 a year on top of taxes towards the NHS, which will rise to £624 from October. Imagine if we raised taxes on the super rich or did more about companies not paying their fair share of tax rather than charging people a three figure sum on top of their taxes to fund the NHS.

He also lied about how much it raised yesterday.

The people who "saved his life" have to pay to use the services they provide.

There do seem to be some rumblings within the tory party though.
