There used to be a guy here in Brighton who'd relay the Feeep signal from opposite the juggling warehouse I worked in.  Proper Caroline-style trooper he were, too (minus the molesty antics).  He was constantly hounded by the po-po, who must have shut him down about five times already before I met him.  I think he quit operations entirely a year or two back, but good on him for lasting so long, and shame on the douches in the council or Ofcom or whatever for not just letting it slide.

They had a really cool Soul Jazz, Soundway kind of feel, which was always a pleasant augment to my day whenever someone was giving me a lift somewhere.
