What's the bit where he says something like:

"I want a glass of wiiiine."

I feel like he then says "Give it to me."

He might be doing an impression of someone else, maybe Edmonds or someone.

It might be from Nomad, it might be MMM. It's a deep cut, I keep referencing it to my wife and she smiles blankly, losing more and more credibility in her eyes now.

It might be from a different comedy or just a conversation I once had but would be grateful for any help.

I think it's from I, Partridge, when he's talking about having to go home early from a BBC party to have a takeaway with Carol. On the train home, having already had some beer at the party, he wants more:

"Frig it, I work hard - I want a glass of wiine"

It also sounds a bit like series 2 Red Dwarf Lister bemoaning the type of man Kochanski wants to go out with - the type who drinks wiiiine.

Yeah it is I Partridge discussing build up to the evening he had a row with Carol.

'Why not? I work hard! I want to have some wiiiiine'
