The security guards in the supermarkets round here are more concerned with playing on their phones, instead of enforcing the  one entrance/one exit rules. There has to be a middle ground between allowing customers to flout the rules and executing them.

First they argued about the absent facemask, then went their separate ways, and then rejoined for a physical altercation before the shooting took place. It's possible that it was just a common American shooting.

In similar American bullet news, a man stabs an OAP in a shop after being ticked off for not wearing a mask, and is himself later killed by the police.
